Cut the power at the breaker for five minutes and let the oven cool completely — some latches release once the cavity is genuinely cold and the control has restarted. What is not worth trying is force: the latch is motorized and the door front on this equipment is not forgiving.
A message that names the part
LATCH ERROR means, in the manufacturer's own words, that the control is unable to lock or unlock the door latch. There is no interpretation required. What remains is which half of it — the motor that moves the bolt, or the switch that reports where the bolt is — and those are separated by measurement rather than by opinion.
Getting it open comes first

Please do not. The latch is motorized and the door front on this equipment marks easily. Forcing it turns a latch repair into a latch and a door, and the second one is considerably more expensive.
Why did it happen after a clean cycle?
Because the door is locked for the whole cycle and the latch is at its hottest and most loaded. If anything interrupts the cycle the bolt can be left between positions with nothing able to move it.
